Coded archival-record abstracts from the San Francisco Public Library History Center's SFRA Records and the OCII Certificates of Preference annual reports aggregated into a single dataset. The underlying case files are public at the SFPL History Center.
The cleaned Rooted Forward replication archive for this paper is in preparation. Until it is released, every record below traces to a public upstream source. These are the same files we draw on, hosted by their primary publishers.
