The real public data behind HOLC Redlining Grades and Present-Day Neighborhood Outcomes in Chicago. 1938 Chicago HOLC graded zones (Mapping Inequality) joined to ACS 2023 5-year tract estimates for Cook County. Files are hosted here directly so the analysis is reproducible; analysis.py reads only these files and prints the figures the paper reports.
