The real public data behind The 606 and Displacement Pressure in Humboldt Park. Chicago Affordable Rental Housing Developments (606-corridor subset) plus TIF/RDA project records. Files are hosted here directly so the analysis is reproducible; analysis.py reads only these files and prints the figures the paper reports.
